When you decide to return an item purchased from us, please contact us for the detailed return process. Please note in advance that when you contact us to return an order number, your account email address will be required.

We do not accept returns for products that have been unpacked
We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When sending your return back, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Free shipping orders will be deducted from the original shipping cost when refunding. Return shipping costs will be paid by you.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of your item being delivered to us.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return to sender and rejected packages
This can happen if:
(1) Invalid address or missing information.
(2) The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
(3) The order is rejected by the customer upon delivery.
Packages that are returned to sender or rejected will be restocked and you will be contacted to resend your purchase to you or refund you less the initial shipping fee.
Once an order is placed in our system, we cannot make changes to it. To ensure your package arrives correctly, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. Using the correct abbreviation, street number, building or apartment number, and routing information (if applicable) is essential to ensure delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or wrongly delivered goods if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.

We reserve the right to individually define and limit, reject and/or reject customer returns at any time due to:

At this time, we do not support exchanges for items purchased online as we cannot guarantee that the item purchased will be in stock in the desired size.
